Booking Policies & Notices
Prior to making your appointment online, please review these important notices, and be sure to read our Spa Policy in full.
- Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start of your service to complete intake forms and to prepare for your treatment(s). Select forms are available to be completed digitally.
First Time Spa Client Registration Form
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations not provided within at least 24 hours’ notice will result in your credit card being charged for the full service amount. Please note cancellations cannot be made via our voicemail system, email, or online form; you must call during office hours and speak directly to one of our front desk team members Monday through Saturday 9am – 9pm, and Sunday 10am – 6pm.
- Appointments for minors, couples, or groups cannot be booked online. Please contact the Spa (813) 681-1110 to schedule these appointments.
- We honor our Vets! If you are active or retired military, please note this on your booking request and show your military ID when you check in for your appointment.
- If you prefer a male or female therapist or would like to request a specific staff member, please note this on your booking request.
